This role supports full-cycle recruiting for nurse leadership positions by combining market research, candidate sourcing and screening, and coordination of client and interview activity.

USD 68,670 - 91,180 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Research healthcare organizations, markets, and available leadership opportunities
• Source and screen qualified healthcare management and leadership candidates
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidate experience
• Support client outreach efforts and contribute to building a growing portfolio
• Present qualified candidates and coordinate the interview process
• Assist with compensation discussions, offers, and successful placements
• Maintain accurate candidate and client activity within the CRM
