Corporate Recruiter

BayMark Health Services is hiring a Corporate Recruiter in Lewisville, TX (onsite). This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring best-fit non-clinical talent by partnering closely with hiring managers and HR teams, while applying recruiting strategies across multiple open requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to design and execute recruitment strategies
• Source and engage qualified candidates using recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and JobVite
• Support hiring efforts for best-fit non-clinical roles with an emphasis on quality candidate matching
• Contribute to company culture by identifying candidates who align with a dynamic work environment
• Work within a collaborative, supportive team that offers growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or in-house setting
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive, self-starting mindset with a demonstrated interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
• Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
• Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen
