Electrical Skilled Trades Recruiter in Tulsa, OK onsite with Contractors Unlimited Resources, responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing electrical trade professionals with contractor partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess electrical trades talent, including journeymen, apprentices, foremen, and project leads, through proactive sourcing and screening
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of electrical candidates via active sourcing, referrals, networking, and industry events
• Collaborate with hiring managers and contractor clients to capture staffing requirements, project timelines, and technical specifications
• Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate qualifications, certifications, licensure, and cultural fit
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, candidate communications, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Keep ATS data precise and up-to-date, and generate regular recruiting metrics reports; proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies

Requirements

• At least two years of full-cycle recruiting or HR experience
• Solid understanding of the skilled trades landscape, with specific familiarity in electrical trades, IBEW relationships, licensing requirements, and apprenticeship programs
• Proficiency using ATS and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other industry-specific tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to handle multiple open positions simultaneously

Contractors Unlimited Resources, CUR Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top electrical trade professionals with our contractor partners across the region. This role is critical to our continued growth and to supporting the workforce needs of the electrical construction industry including data center work.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive salary equivalent to approximately $28.00 per hour (40-hour work week)
• Schedule: Full-time, 32-40 hours per week
• Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off, and holiday pay
