Job Description

At Always Compassionate Home Care, the Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist for Administrative Recruitment plays a pivotal role in shaping the non-clinical talent pipeline. This onsite position in Melville, NY works closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and hire administrative, corporate, and operational support talent, ensuring a positive candidate journey and timely placements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for administrative, corporate, and operational support roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to capture staffing needs, role requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
  • Perform phone screens and assess candidates for experience, qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain consistent candidate communication to ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Track candidate activity and keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with drafting, updating, and posting job descriptions to improve applicant flow.
  • Support pre-employment and onboarding processes, including background checks and new hire paperwork.
  • Review recruitment documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Monitor recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and other metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to enhance processes, strengthen candidate flow, and meet departmental hiring goals.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for administrative, corporate, operational, or healthcare support roles preferred.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and job boards required.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work fully on-site in Melville, NY, Monday through Friday.
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting is a plus.
