Corporate Recruiter

Support the growth of Invenergy’s operating business by owning corporate recruiting end to end for key roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and interview plans; deliver consultative guidance and timely updates
• Build and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies; share market insights and recommend changes to improve candidate flow and quality
• Lead an end-to-end candidate experience, including candidate review, phone screens, interview scheduling and coordination, and offer support
• Screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process while maintaining consistent, high-quality candidate experience
• Communicate Invenergy’s employee value proposition clearly and consistently to candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support reporting on recruiting progress and results
• Use professional judgment in all interactions and help foster an equal employment opportunity environment
• Participate in talent acquisition initiatives and recruiting process improvement projects
• Assist with career fairs, networking events, presentations, and local/community outreach as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• Experience with an enterprise applicant tracking system (ATS) or Human Capital Management (HCM) platform
• Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and experience with passive recruiting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise recruiting stakeholders
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing requisitions, deadlines, and stakeholder needs
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship now or in the future

Location

Salary and Bonus

• Base pay: USD 74,000 - 95,000 per year
• Bonus: 15%
