Corporate Recruiter

Based in Appleton, Wisconsin, PRN Home Health & Therapy is seeking a full-time Corporate Recruiter to join the onsite team. This role centers on designing and executing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates for clinical and administrative positions, and fostering strong relationships with applicants, hiring managers, and community partners to support PRN’s commitment to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
• Source and engage candidates for clinical and administrative roles
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners
• Represent PRN at job fairs and networking events
• Manage job postings and social media presence
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes
