Corporate Recruiter

Truity Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring and onboarding for a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, contract opportunity for 4 to 6 months with a 100% onsite work schedule in Oak Creek, WI, partnering closely with operations leaders to support ongoing staffing needs.

Role Overview

In this contract position, you will oversee recruiting for production and skilled roles, coordinating the steps from staffing needs assessment through interviews, pre-employment screening, and onboarding. You will also work with staffing agencies to support production hiring and candidate conversion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting efforts for high-volume production and skilled positions
• Collaborate with operations and shift supervisors to understand staffing requirements
• Coordinate candidate interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding
• Partner with staffing agencies to support production hiring and candidate conversions
• Recruit for skilled and specialized roles
• Attend regular staffing meetings and provide recruiting updates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, production, or another high-volume environment
• Experience managing candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner directly with operations leaders
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple openings and competing priorities
• ATS experience; Paylocity experience is a plus

• Pay rate: $35.00 to $43.00 per hour
