Job Description
The Corporate Recruiter role at TQL places you at the heart of a fast-moving talent operation in Nashville, guiding full-cycle recruiting across IT, Finance & Accounting, and other professional corporate functions. In this high-visibility environment, you will partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into strong candidate pipelines and drive decisions from initial contact through onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for IT, Finance & Accounting, and corporate professional roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and talent-market dynamics.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Evaluate candidates via phone screens, structured interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment, and hiring decisions.
- Manage the candidate experience from the initial conversation through offer and onboarding.
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and outcomes in the ATS, Avature.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 1β3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfort working in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment.
