Job Description

Foot Locker is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to operate onsite in New York, NY, owning the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract top talent, shaping candidate experiences and guiding candidates from initial contact through offer and onboarding. This position carries a salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year and requires at least three years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience together with a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate pre-closing, and guiding acceptance of offers.
  • Serve as the liaison between internal stakeholders and candidates, interpreting business needs and driving an efficient recruitment timeline to support sound hiring decisions.
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies for each role and adjust them as the process evolves.
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines across multiple channels while upholding rigorous assessment standards.
  • Coordinate scheduling to deliver a positive candidate experience, offering guidance, reliability, and trust.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources colleagues to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and new recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Optimize job postings and leverage Foot Locker’s brand to generate interest and showcase our culture.
  • Utilize the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System and analyze data to report recruiting metrics.
  • Maintain data integrity and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of full life-cycle corporate recruitment experience, preferably for corporate roles in Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, HR, or related areas.
  • Agency experience is a plus but corporate experience is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to follow processes, collaborate, negotiate, and influence at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, keeping Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and candidates updated on requisition statuses.
  • Innovative and curious approach to solving problems; adept at root-cause analysis and driving improvements.
  • Experience researching and executing recruitment strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, social media, blogs, diversity groups, etc.).
  • Experience using an ATS and leveraging metrics to meet goals; iCIMS experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labor markets and competitive landscapes, including salary structures; ability to diagnose trends and measure sourcing performance.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently with integrity and sound business judgment.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment laws and regulations and confidentiality of company information.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, high-performing work environment.
