Bilingual Onsite Recruiter

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is hiring an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter in Wilmer, TX to support high-volume hiring in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to collect role requirements and create or edit job descriptions
• Design and run recruiting plans for high-volume and professional roles
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews and behavioral interviews
• Schedule interviews and keep consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and upcoming hiring needs
• Source talent using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools

Requirements

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a staffing agency (light industrial preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills, phone skills, and basic computer proficiency
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and social media
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates
• Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
• E-Verify
• Drug screen
• 7-year background check

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Flex requirement: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM as needed
• Advance notice provided for any schedule changes

Pay

• $20.00+/hour (DOE)
• From $20.00 per hour
