Bilingual Recruiter

Minute Men Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support its Columbus, OH staffing branch. This onsite role focuses on helping candidates connect with the right job opportunities while working closely with customers and internal associates to keep the recruiting process moving.

In this position, you will support end-to-end applicant communication, including translation needs, and contribute to recruiting strategy development for clients. The role also includes hands-on support for payroll-related functions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
