Bilingual Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter

Snider-Blake Personnel is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to support day-to-day staffing operations in Columbus, OH at an onsite location. This full-time role coordinates staffing activities while partnering with clients and associates, combining recruiting support with office coordination and day-to-day issue resolution. The position requires strong communication in both English and Spanish and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

You will help keep the staffing workflow moving by supporting orientations, conducting recruiting steps, and maintaining accurate tracking across attendance and payroll processes. The role also includes client communication and general office duties, with an emphasis on safety training and professional, service-focused interactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee orientations and provide ongoing coaching
• Support recruiting activities, including screening and interviewing
• Assist with safety training
• Track attendance
• Process payroll
• Handle client communication and interaction
• Problem-solve staffing and related issues as they arise
• Complete general office duties

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency with strong command of English and Spanish
• Undergraduate degree (or actively pursuing) is preferred
• Ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels of employees in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and associates
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Schedule

• 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
• Some flexibility required

• $40,000 per year
