Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to design and implement recruiting plans that align with company growth objectives.
- Use proactive sourcing to identify passive and active candidates through social media, networking events, job fairs, and professional organizations, while highlighting the company culture to attract top talent.
- Lead candidate engagement through interviews conducted via video, phone, and in person to assess each candidate’s full potential.
- Provide data-driven recruitment reports to empower leadership to make informed hiring decisions.
- Recommend innovative recruiting strategies and process improvements in line with industry best practices.
- Maintain compliance by following Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, managing personnel records, and adhering to compensation guidelines.
- Represent the company with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruiting process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter with a track record of attracting and hiring top talent; agency or in-house experience welcome.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
