Job Description
This on-site, full-time role in Savannah, Georgia focuses on end-to-end recruitment, leveraging bilingual Spanish and English communication to attract and place top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
The position requires handling the complete recruitment process from initial outreach to onboarding, while working on-site in Savannah. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential to engage candidates effectively and support diverse talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, and PeopleSoft to identify high-potential talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting roles to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Promote job opportunities and engage with applicants through social media management tools and platforms like Salesforce and UltiPro.
- Lead screening and interviews, applying effective methods to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners to support talent strategies.
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with confidence while ensuring compliance with employment and labor regulations.
- Coordinate orientation, training and development activities, and employee relations initiatives to facilitate new hire integration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or HR sourcing within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication in English and another language (bilingual proficiency required).
- Familiarity with ATS such as Taleo, iCIMS, or Workday; experience with HRIS platforms like Kronos or UltiPro is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment law, contracts, evaluation processes, and employee relations practices.
- Ability to conduct cold outreach for lead generation and relationship management effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging social media tools for talent outreach and employer branding.
- Experience applying sales techniques to recruiting; familiarity with Salesforce or ADP is advantageous.
- Strong research skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
