Responsibilities

Identify and recruit qualified candidates for physician and Advanced Practice Provider roles
Build relationships with providers via phone, email outreach, and social media
Conduct proactive outreach and cold calls to establish connections with providers
Utilize VMS platforms, ATS systems, Google Suite, LinkedIn, and online resources to identify, track, and monitor prospective providers
Collaborate with support teams to guide candidates through licensing, credentialing, certifications, education, references, malpractice evaluation, background verification, and travel arrangements

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of physician and Advanced Practice Provider healthcare recruiting experience with knowledge of the locum industry
Recent experience in physician and APP healthcare recruiting within the past year
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's Degree required
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize workload
Experience using various ATS platforms and familiarity with VMS systems

This role blends essential clerical work with candidate screening and onboarding tasks, leveraging bilingual English/Spanish communication to help maintain a productive local office and partner operations.

Responsibilities

Provide clerical support to Account Supervisors, Field Recruiters, and Area Managers.
Perform general office duties including copying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Organize and maintain records; retrieve, distribute, and handle incoming mail.
Coordinate and schedule appointments.
Complete, review, and upload onboarding documents.
Maintain the local office during operating hours.
Review and submit time sheets.
Distribute pay checks.
