Bilingual Recruiter

CDR General Services LLC is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support recruitment operations from its Lafayette, LA location. This full-time role focuses on end-to-end candidate sourcing and coordination, with regular communication in both English and Spanish throughout the hiring process.

What you’ll do

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of open positions
• Post job opportunities on job boards and social media
• Use ATS to track applicants, jobs, candidate pipelines, and client records, including updating applicant information
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews, and provide support during onboarding
• Maintain strong phone etiquette and professional communication with candidates and clients
• Coordinate start dates, collect required documentation, and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Ensure compliance with company and client hiring requirements
• Conduct drug tests and background checks as required
• Make outbound calls to candidates and clients, and handle inbound calls while providing customer service
• Send mass texts and emails using strong conversational etiquette
• Support community outreach, including door-to-door job advertisement as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you bring

• Fluency in English and Spanish (English and Spanish required)
• 1 year of previous recruiting or staffing experience (relevant experience preferred)
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Experience using ATS or relevant CRMs/software
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily hiring targets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Job details

• Location: Lafayette, LA (onsite), Lafayette, LA 70509 (required)
• Work type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm; on call as needed
• Pay: $45,000 to $50,000 per year depending on experience
• Experience requirement: Recruiting, 1 year (required)
