Bilingual Construction Recruiter/Trainer
Job Description
The Field Recruiter / Trainer role at Precision Walls supports onsite field operations in Greensboro, NC by managing field recruitment activities, onboarding, and safety-focused training.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for field new hires.
- Conduct phone interviews and manage applications through the applicant tracking system.
- Complete initial evaluation and training for newly hired team members.
- Act as a mentor and liaison between new hires and their direct supervisors.
- Assist with safety training and participate in safety orientation activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma.
- Ability to read and write English and Spanish.
- At least 2 years in the construction business.
- Commercial construction: 2 years (required).
- Bilingual (required).
- Driver’s License (required).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide effective training and recruiting.
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour.
