Bilingual Construction Recruiter/Trainer

The Field Recruiter / Trainer role at Precision Walls supports onsite field operations in Greensboro, NC by managing field recruitment activities, onboarding, and safety-focused training.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for field new hires.
• Conduct phone interviews and manage applications through the applicant tracking system.
• Complete initial evaluation and training for newly hired team members.
• Act as a mentor and liaison between new hires and their direct supervisors.
• Assist with safety training and participate in safety orientation activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Ability to read and write English and Spanish.
• At least 2 years in the construction business.
• Commercial construction: 2 years (required).
• Bilingual (required).
• Driver’s License (required).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Tech savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide effective training and recruiting.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour.
