Bilingual Recruiter

Prime Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Spanish and English Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for industrial roles. This is an onsite, in-office position in Fontana, CA with Monday-Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Role Overview

The Bilingual Recruiter will manage high-volume hiring activities from sourcing and screening through interviewing, selection, and onboarding. The position also includes coordinating recruitment materials and sharing recruiting analytics with the team.

Responsibilities

• Complete and review payroll for all temporary employees.
• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post roles to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, and similar channels.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other methods.
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools and methods to filter candidates within the established schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees so they become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Serve as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a best place to work.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter).
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, and related formats).
• Hands-on experience with selection processes such as phone interviewing and reference checks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Avionte is a plus.
• Flexibility with weekend availability and overtime.
• Ability to relocate before starting work: Fontana, CA 92336 (Required).
• Experience/training questions include: positions recruited for, Spanish fluency, and prior use of Avionte, Tempworks, or Paychex.
