Bilingual Front Desk Recruiter

Custom Staffing & Skilled Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Front Desk Recruiter for an onsite role in Milwaukee, WI. This position supports staffing growth by sourcing candidates directly through the front desk, screening applicants, and coordinating key recruiting and onboarding activities, with bilingual English and Spanish communication as a core requirement.

Role Overview

The Front Desk Recruiter’s primary responsibility is to recruit candidates from the front desk and help fill the staffing agency’s open positions. The role includes frequent applicant screening, outbound calling, and support throughout the application and onboarding process. A strong candidate pipeline is essential to keep hiring moving quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates from the front desk based on current staffing needs.
• Conduct initial interviews and screen applicants for available positions.
• Place frequent outbound calls and follow up with potential candidates.
• Explain job duties, pay rates, schedules, locations, and requirements to applicants.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for open positions.
• Assist candidates with the application and onboarding process.
• Conduct orientations and help prepare new hires for their assignments.
• Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in applicants professionally.
• Maintain accurate applicant information and recruiting records.
• Communicate staffing updates, candidate availability, and hiring needs with the recruiting team.
• Provide customer service to applicants and employees as part of day-to-day recruiting support.

Preferred Experience

Work Location and Compensation

Location: Milwaukee, WI (onsite)
Pay: USD 17 - 20 per hourly
