Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment for RBTs, BCBAs, and other ABA-related positions
  • Developing and maintaining robust talent pipelines within the ABA community
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for clinical fit
  • Managing candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding activities
  • Maintaining accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation
  • Tracking recruiting metrics and leveraging data to improve hiring outcomes
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives within the ABA industry

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, with direct ABA recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success hiring RBTs and BCBAs
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills
