Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist II onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma for Greenheck Group with a salary range of USD 69,581 - 85,953 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Follow the approved recruitment process to sustain AAP and EEO compliance and deliver consistent hiring practices.
  • Represent the organization through professional recruiting at community events, in-person and virtual settings, and nurture positive relationships with prospective candidates.
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screenings, and extending offers to hires.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing tools and platforms, including social and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Suggest process improvements to streamline recruiting and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Design and lead innovative recruitment campaigns to cultivate a ready-now talent pool.
  • Identify and troubleshoot recruiting process bottlenecks and optimize the ATS workflow.
  • Tailor processes and ATS configurations to support organizational growth and future vacancies.
  • Provide timely updates to hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle to maintain alignment and strategy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, offering recommendations to HR business partners and managers for a more efficient recruiting process.
  • Assist the HR team with special projects and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Research labor market trends to inform stakeholders about current conditions.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruiting.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience (approximately two years) required.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system; Workday experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements

The role is based in an office setting and requires operating standard office equipment, with predominantly sedentary work. Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, repetitive wrist and hand movements, and close visual work for data preparation and analysis are expected.
