GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking a Regional Recruiter - Security onsite in Tulsa, OK, offering USD 65,000 per year.

Attract and recruit top talent for the assigned market across GardaWorld branches.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
Execute diverse recruitment tactics including cold outreach, online searches, database mining, and social media engagement.
Work with the Regional Talent Leader to craft recruitment plans and build pre-qualified talent pools.
Manage candidate flow efficiently using the applicant tracking system IBM Kenexa BrassRing.
Deliver exceptional service to internal clients, candidates, and external partners.
Gather and analyze competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions to inform hiring strategies.
Represent GardaWorld at job fairs, campus events, and community outreach programs.
Support recruitment marketing, retention initiatives, and other talent acquisition projects as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Authorized to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year of staffing or high-volume recruitment experience.
Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably IBM Kenexa BrassRing.
Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
