Technical Recruiter

Retronix Semiconductor is hiring a Technical Recruiter for a 9-month contract in Hillsboro, Oregon (in person). This role offers an opportunity to build recruiting expertise while supporting U.S. hiring across semiconductor operations, helping connect candidates to positions from entry-level technicians to highly specialized technical professionals.

What you’ll do

You will support recruiting assignments across U.S. operations, driving the process from sourcing through successful hire and onboarding.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activity, including sourcing and relationship-building across a broad range of technical talent.
• Network confidently with candidates and stakeholders, progressing candidates from initial outreach to successful hire and onboarding.
• Coordinate and schedule client and hiring manager interviews.
• Run the candidate hiring and onboarding workflow from initial engagement through to the start date.
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns and candidate mailshots using candidate management systems.
• Pre-screen candidates against current customer and business requirements.
• Maintain candidate and resume databases, adding new candidates and reviewing talent pools for suitability and availability.

What you bring

• Direct sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally within semiconductor cleanroom technology.
• Experience recruiting in other technical industries such as high-tech manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, general manufacturing, aerospace, or other technology-focused environments.
• Experience with online candidate sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, social media, and online databases.
• Ability to create targeted candidate mailshots and sourcing campaigns using candidate management systems.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR to manage recruitment requirements and internal promotion processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Excellent communication and people skills, including confidence reaching out to and engaging prospective candidates by phone.

Compensation and benefits

$75,000 - $85,000 per year (contract). Retronix Semiconductor also provides:
