Technical Recruiter

Oloid, Inc is hiring a Technical Recruiter for a 3-month contract in Sunnyvale, CA (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify technical staffing needs and create recruitment plans
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
• Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview schedules across candidates and hiring teams to keep the process moving
• Track recruiting activity and maintain up-to-date candidate records and progress in applicant tracking systems
• Support a positive candidate experience through clear, consistent communication throughout the hiring process
• Monitor technical recruiting industry trends and best practices to improve sourcing and strategy
• Help create job descriptions and assist with posting openings to attract qualified candidates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a related recruiting role within the technology sector
• Strong understanding of technical roles, relevant skills, and common industry terminology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at the same time while meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
• Proactive approach with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment for the full three-month contract
