Job Description
The Talent Recruiter will join the Talent Acquisition team at Renewal by Andersen | Esler Companies in Northborough, MA, focusing on high-volume phone screenings using a scripted approach to deliver a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
USD 52,000 - 55,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume initial phone screenings for a range of non-traditional marketing roles using a scripted interview framework.
- Apply a structured, scripted methodology to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications.
- Assess candidate responses to identify key competencies, behaviors, and potential for success in the role.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all candidate interactions within ICIMs, the ATS used by the team.
- Clearly communicate the company brand and job requirements to potential candidates.
- Multitask between screening calls, data entry, and real-time updates of candidate statuses.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine screening processes as needed.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through professionalism, empathy, and respect in every interaction.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with phone-based recruiting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Experience with ICIMs (ATS) or similar platforms.
- Ability to assess candidates and interpret their responses effectively.
- Comfort with following a structured, scripted approach while remaining flexible to individual candidate responses.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed targets.
- Experience recruiting for non-traditional or specialized marketing roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
