Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify openings and guide requisition creation, descriptions, and postings
- Oversee relationships with recruiting platforms and external agencies
- Maintain requisition and recruiting files in line with CC policy and applicable regulations
- Post jobs via the applicant tracking system or other channels, including industry-specific sites
- Manage full life cycle recruitment for roles at all levels: screen resumes, source candidates, interview, reference checks, and negotiate offers
- Own onboarding lifecycle, including background checks, E-Verify, HRIS enrollment, and orientation coordination
- Source candidates and build recruitment networks through job fairs, networking, social media, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
- Represent CC professionally and ensure every candidate has a positive experience
- Evaluate candidates for qualifications, interest, and fit with CC culture and business needs
- Schedule interviews and design interview structure and panel composition
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide recommendations, following up to ensure efficient processes
- Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to HR/Payroll for HRIS entry
- Maintain compliance for paperwork with federal and state guidelines and ensure data integrity in UltiPro HRIS
- Manage user accounts in HRIS, including creation, updates, termination, and security assignments
- Complete compliance reporting for new hires and quarterly as applicable
- Oversee the employee life cycle from offer acceptance to start date
- Administer onboarding tasks such as pre-employment screening, I-9 administration, and program-specific document collection
- Conduct employment verifications and respond to HR inquiries as needed
- Manage credentialing as part of recruitment and onboarding; verify licensure through third-party systems
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; escalate sensitive matters as needed
- Submit monthly anniversary and birthday reports
- Foster trust among employees and leadership while safeguarding confidential information
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on projects and provide coverage as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to establish rapport and professional relationships inside and outside the organization to support recruitment
- Experience with an applicant tracking system and HRIS systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proven ability to develop candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of recruiting
- Experience partnering with external recruiters, temp agencies, and internship programs
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication for diverse audiences including candidates, management, staff, and senior leadership

Relationship scope: this role maintains frequent internal contact across levels and departments, and engages externally with temp agencies, recruiting firms, immigration lawyers, and candidates.
