Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior

What you’ll do

In this advanced, independent role, you’ll manage high-impact, highly complex recruiting projects end to end. You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates, then see the process through onboarding, partnering closely with leaders across departments to ensure recruiting needs align with organizational plans and objectives.

• Source candidates using job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals.
• Manage candidate communication from application through onboarding.
• Conduct interviews at multiple stages, including phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings.
• Assess qualifications by analyzing candidate responses, administering assessments, verifying references, and comparing qualifications against job requirements.
• Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates.
• Lead strategic intake conversations with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and align to business objectives.
• Represent One Call as an employer brand ambassador by overseeing internal and external communication and maintaining a positive reputation (including on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and social media).
• Track recruiting KPIs such as time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill.
• Support Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Department initiatives related to organizational objectives.
• Improve recruiting and offer processes by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, and understanding benefits and perks.

What helps you succeed

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or experience in lieu of education.
• HR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience with a demonstrated ability to handle senior-level sourcing and placement.
• Proficient computer skills and data entry ability.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Organizational, planning, and efficiency skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio).
• Ability to work effectively individually and with a team.
• Exceptional customer service and strong negotiating skills.

Work environment

• This position is performed in the colleague’s home, requiring setup of computer equipment in a home office.
• Work is primarily sedentary with the ability to remain stationary for extended periods, operate office equipment, assess electronic information, and communicate accurately with others.
• Must be able to read text on a monitor, input data into specific fields, and adjust focus to distances of up to three feet.
• Must learn new tasks, follow established processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle moderate to significant mental stress associated with a dynamic and heavy workload.
