Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Stephens Landscaping Professionals is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs, build high-quality candidate pipelines, and coordinate on-site hiring events. This role is based onsite in Moultonborough, NH, offering an hourly rate of $24 to $28 and requires bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess workforce needs and manage intake processes
• Source candidates, generate leads, and plan hiring events
• Manage job boards and vendor relationships
• Conduct structured, compliant assessments and selection
• Oversee TA operations and maintain data integrity
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies
• Extend offers and coordinate onboarding handoff
• Lead Talent Acquisition projects and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 2+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition coordination (in-house or agency)
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS tools (e.g., Paylocity Recruiting) and basic reporting (Excel/Sheets)
• Experience managing job boards or programmatic spend and reporting on source performance
• Working knowledge of EEO/AA, ADA, FCRA, I-9/E-Verify, and pay transparency
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience recruiting hourly or skilled trades (construction, landscaping, field services)
• Certifications: AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, PHR/SHRM-CP, or related project/change credentials (Prosci/Lean/Agile)

Availability

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekends and extended hours as needed
