Talent Acquisition Specialist

ECHO Consulting Group seeks a Specialist, Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end recruiting and support internal resource planning across client engagements and internal projects.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
• Lead internal resource planning by maintaining visibility into resource availability
• Coordinate placement by matching people to client and internal needs
• Partner with Business Development and delivery account leads to anticipate staffing needs early
• Mentor and guide the Junior Specialist as part of the recruiting and planning team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant recruiting and/or resource planning experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions independently in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort owning pipeline health beyond filling open roles
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English and Spanish
• Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented work style
