What you’ll do
The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates aligned with company needs, culture, values, and priorities. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop sourcing and employer-branding strategies that support ongoing growth.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Proactively source passive candidates through networking, referrals, social media platforms, and other creative methods.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, then present qualified talent and hiring recommendations to managers.
- Create compelling job postings and promote the employer brand across multiple recruiting channels.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting initiatives.
- Support employer branding by creating and sharing recruiting content across social media and other talent attraction channels.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Hunt and engage passive candidates for specialized and hard-to-fill positions using targeted outreach, professional networking, industry research, social media, and résumé databases.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you bring
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (as applicable).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and professional networking.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to influence hiring decisions and partner effectively with business leaders.
- Strong organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Paycom experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with recruiting trends and sourcing methodologies.
