Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
Boden is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help keep hiring simple, thoughtful, and aligned with the brand across multiple US locations. This onsite role in Pittston, PA supports full-cycle recruiting and helps build a consistent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead a fast-paced, full-cycle recruitment process for US-based roles, ensuring hiring touchpoints feel seamless, thoughtful, and true to Boden.
- Source candidates using a mix of approaches including direct outreach and market mapping, plus networking and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone or video screens, and coordinate with hiring managers on interview scheduling and outcomes.
- Extend approved offers and initiate onboarding steps to support a friendly, organized, hassle-free candidate experience.
- Bring fresh thinking to how Boden connects with candidates by exploring new and imaginative ways to reach exceptional talent.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to recommend pay rates and salary ranges, ensuring alignment with industry standards, location, internal pay equity, and internal budgets.
- Stay ahead of hiring needs by spotting upcoming vacancies, understanding internal moves, and prompting hiring managers when action is needed.
- Partner with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions reflecting role responsibilities and required qualifications.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Establish and recommend interview assessments that support a consistent and fair approach, helping hiring managers make well-informed decisions.
- Track and interpret key recruitment metrics to help understand and refine processes over time.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing commercially minded, solutions-focused support at every stage.
- Educate and coach hiring managers as a trusted advisor on interviewing techniques, evaluation criteria, and decision-making to support equitable hiring outcomes.
- Partner closely with the People Team and HR to support talent needs and refine onboarding documents and processes for a consistent on-brand experience.
- Support nurturing relationships with agencies, universities, and job boards to maintain a thriving talent pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws relevant to each location throughout the hiring process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you bring
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Retail recruitment experience is strongly preferred, with warehouse and contact center recruitment experience also preferred.
- Domestic travel is required, including overnight and/or multi-day trips.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and a range of recruitment methods, from interviewing to running assessment activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Friendly, professional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidential information.
