Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, from posting roles and sourcing to screening, interviewing, selecting, and guiding new hires through onboarding
  • Plan and execute recruitment events such as career fairs and community outreach activities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and deliver team‑level support
  • Administer the applicant tracking system, ensuring records are precise and compliant
  • Strengthen the employer brand and deliver a positive candidate experience
  • Lead new employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Model and uphold Direct Wire's core values in daily work

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR and/or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated passion for human resources and supporting employee success
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining a respectful and productive workplace environment
