Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Monroe Truck Equipment will source, engage, and partner with leadership to bring top talent into the organization. This onsite role in Monroe, Wisconsin requires meticulous attention to detail, alignment with the company mission and values, and the use of innovative talent acquisition practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for assigned roles, from initial sourcing and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Apply insight into business needs and search requirements to effectively match candidates with appropriate positions.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to interpret business needs and team dynamics.
- Develop and sustain a strong talent pipeline to address current and future hiring demands.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruiting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Support initiatives to strengthen the employer brand and improve the candidate experience.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years in talent acquisition, with experience in high-volume recruitment within the manufacturing sector.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
