Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open roles across the organization
- Identify and attract candidates via job boards, referrals, proactive outreach, networking, and community partnerships
- Screen applications to determine qualified candidates for current openings
- Conduct initial phone screenings and early assessments to evaluate fit
- Coordinate interview scheduling and collaborate with hiring managers during the process
- Foster positive candidate relationships from first contact to placement
- Maintain recruiting activity and candidate pipelines, leveraging the ATS to track progress
- Support hiring events, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding efforts
- Identify innovative strategies to attract talent in a competitive market
- Assist with onboarding and smooth transitions for new hires
- Support HR administrative tasks and maintain employee documentation
- Provide general HR support as needed to broaden HR exposure
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or related fields
- At least two years of hands-on HR experience with direct hiring responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Strong interest in working with people and relationship-building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable engaging in frequent conversations with candidates, managers, and staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ATS or HRIS is a plus
- Familiarity with Hawai‘i's local workforce and community is preferred
