Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Job Description
University of Utah Health is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across its hospitals and clinics. In a hybrid Salt Lake City setting, you will market opportunities, source and screen candidates across multiple channels, and partner with hiring leaders to meet workforce needs.
Responsibilities
- Screen applicants for open roles and recommend top candidates to the Sr. Recruiter.
- Develop and nurture a talent network through proactive outreach via LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Log all sourcing activities in the CRM and provide analysis and recommendations based on the talent community.
- Warm call and cold call leads within the talent network to promote University of Utah Health Care openings.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Participate in scope discussions with hiring managers and leaders.
- Offer recommendations on alternative sourcing channels.
Requirements
- Two years of recruiting experience.
- Experience marketing job opportunities to potential candidates.
Technologies
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- CRM tool
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Proven ability to perform the essential functions outlined above.
- Ability to market job opportunities to candidates via electronic and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of social media and the capacity to leverage it to create distinctive sourcing campaigns.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
This is a sedentary role that may require lifting up to 10 pounds and occasional movement of objects. The position involves mostly sitting and does not entail exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
