Job Description

The Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida invites a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive full lifecycle recruiting within the Florida market. This hybrid, Monday–Friday role centers on building robust candidate pipelines, guiding offers to close, and reducing vacancy rates while supporting the Clinic’s mission through strategic talent acquisition. The position emphasizes recruiting, sourcing, and aligning staffing initiatives with organizational goals to sustain high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Cleveland Clinic and Talent Acquisition objectives, ensuring alignment with quality metrics and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to advance recruitment initiatives and lower vacancy rates by sourcing and hiring top candidates.
  • Execute recruiting plans for assigned areas, applying innovative and effective strategies to attract skilled caregivers.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, lead the offer process, perform pre-closing activities, and support ongoing sourcing and pipelining efforts in line with service level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to recruitment processes throughout the lifecycle, including approvals, posting, sourcing, interviewing, candidate and hiring leader experience, and applicant tracking.
  • With support from the Talent Acquisition Advisor, report on recruitment progress, metrics, and pipeline development.
  • Develop and monitor quality metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to foster teamwork, consistency, and process improvement across recruitment efforts.
  • Participate in Level 1-Tiered Huddle as part of ongoing communication and coordination.
  • Serve as an internal consultant to enterprise managers, offering guidance on staffing, training, and HR recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Represent recruitment at events and community activities to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with systems and technologies required for efficient and compliant recruitment operations.
  • Track and prepare timely reports on new caregiver status, HR appointment readiness, attendance, missing documents, and clearance requirements.
  • Provide accurate, timely communication with candidates and new caregivers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate across teams to support organizational initiatives and uphold consistent recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with two years of experience in human resources or recruitment, or Cleveland Clinic experience with a focus on sales orientation, customer service, idea generation/innovation, and leveraging networks; or an associate degree with four years of experience; or a high school diploma/GED with six years of experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with solid customer service capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a track record of delivering practical solutions that meet Cleveland Clinic standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, an Applicant Tracking System (Workday) CRM, and other recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Proven experience handling confidential human resources matters.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the hospital system, and to other locations as needed, including potential international travel for some roles.
  • Capability to operate a computer, audiovisual equipment, and other standard office tools.
  • Capability to communicate effectively and deliver training in person or virtually.
  • In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Follows standard precautions and uses personal protective equipment as required.

Compensation

Minimum Annual Salary: $57,510.00. Maximum Annual Salary: $87,697.50. The posted pay range reflects the range for new hires and may be influenced by work history, experience, skills, and education. The range does not include applicable pay practices or the value of Cleveland Clinic’s benefits package.
