Job Description
Sevita is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to oversee the full recruiting lifecycle for Minnesota-based roles. This onsite position in Saint Paul focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding coordination, and ongoing reporting, with travel as needed to support hiring initiatives. The role carries a yearly salary of USD 56,000.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, resume screening, and candidate interviews.
- Draft employment advertisements and identify appropriate external channels to attract qualified applicants.
- Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies, such as advertising campaigns, career fairs, and partnerships with schools.
- Analyze recruitment and retention metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs, maintain confidential documents and employee files, and track applicant documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish rapport with others.
- Technically proficient with knowledge of social media recruiting, applicant tracking systems, and Excel.
- Strong commitment to the company’s mission and values.
- Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make informed recommendations.
