Job Description
Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner for a 4–6 month assignment in Andover, MA, delivering full-cycle recruitment within an RPO delivery model for PharmaLogics Recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team leadership to design recruiting strategies aligned with client needs and target fill rates, while suggesting system improvements and process optimizations.
- Source candidates through the company database, job boards, social channels, networking events, and referrals to broaden the qualified talent pool.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and critical success factors using behavioral and situational techniques; qualify and submit candidates per client and RPO guidelines.
- Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate submission, interview coordination, offer development, negotiation, closing, and related administrative tasks, maintaining clear candidate communication from application to placement.
- Negotiate compensation packages with awareness of individual and team gross margin goals, and extend employment offers on the client’s behalf.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and ensure recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support large-scale, high-volume recruiting programs by applying expertise in RPO delivery, ATS management, process optimization, and event-based hiring.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to recruiting teams, promoting accountability, ownership, and adherence to SOPs and client processes.
- Partner with internal and external leadership on initiatives, project planning, and process enhancements, applying data-driven insights to drive efficient hiring and continuous improvement.
- Build and sustain consultative client relationships, proactively identifying and resolving challenges while guiding outcomes and adapting to diverse client needs.
- Stay current on industry trends, innovative recruiting techniques, and competitor activity, recommending enhancements to recruitment strategies and departmental effectiveness.
- Travel approximately four weeks over a three-month period to support client hiring events, special projects, and team initiatives.
Requirements
- Two years of full-cycle recruiting experience in life sciences; commercial experience is preferred.
- Solid understanding of business functions, services, strategy, policies, and how a role impacts the organization.
- Experience using electronic hardware and software platforms specific to the role.
- Ability to work independently, identify business needs, and proactively deliver solutions for the team and organization.
- Strong planning and time-management skills, including goal setting and action planning.
- Proactively gather and share information tailored to different audiences.
- Respond effectively to client needs and expectations.
- Influence stakeholders and guide decisions when necessary.
- Communicate effectively in dialogues and negotiations.

Salary
Annualized compensation ranges from $75,000 to $96,000; actual pay is prorated based on the length of the temporary assignment.
