A Talent Acquisition Specialist is needed for a three to four-month temporary assignment supporting hiring efforts at Community Health System. This onsite role in Fresno, CA serves as a key link between candidates and Talent Acquisition Partners, helping candidates stay on track throughout the hiring process.

You will work within a large healthcare organization, supporting recruitment for a system with over 12,000 team members and more than 1,400 licensed beds. Role Summary

In this position, you will be a primary point of contact for candidates. Responsibilities include managing candidate communications, supporting scheduling of phone screenings, and connecting candidates with Talent Acquisition Partners to help move them forward.

Represent Community Health System while supporting recruitment for a system with over 12,000 team members

Requirements

High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
2 years of administrative, data entry, customer service, or relevant experience required
Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Marketing preferred

Compensation

USD 35 - 45 per hour (pay range is an estimate and subject to change).
