Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description
STL is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with candidates, business development managers, and clients to identify the right people for the right roles and to manage the candidate experience through placement. This onsite role in Green Bay, Wisconsin offers a salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 per year and centers on building strong relationships and guiding candidates through the interview and placement process.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with candidates through proactive networking and a range of sourcing tools.
- Assess candidates via screening and interviews to determine suitability for open positions.
- Present opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate compensation and contract terms.
- Coach candidates through the client interview process to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or
- Three or more years of relevant experience.
