Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role supports the Talent Acquisition Service Model across the Americas, focusing on compliant, efficient pre-employment activities and delivering a positive experience for candidates and Hiring Managers. The position involves managing cross-functional escalations and may contribute to process improvements and programmatic changes.
Position Summary
This role facilitates pre-employment activities within a hybrid Tampa environment, emphasizing accuracy, speed, and proactive collaboration across teams to ensure a smooth candidate journey and effective TA operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug testing, medical verifications, and motor vehicle reports, following adjudication practices.
- Initiate I-9 and E-Verify right to work processes and provide administrative support for the immigration team.
- Partner cross-functionally to provide TA guidance and issue resolution with teams such as TA Leads/TA Team, TA Compliance, HR People Services, HR Workforce Experience, and IT.
- Oversee the Digital Onboarding Experience for candidates and support TA enhancements and troubleshooting efforts.
- Respond to inquiries from candidates and Hiring Managers, applying urgency and sound judgment to resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in Workday and other TA systems for internal TA partners.
- Participate in Talent Acquisitions Enablement project teams, including global initiatives.
- Document processes, create process maps, and prepare presentations to support program clarity and rollout.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (.xls).
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and complete projects promptly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive in adopting new trends, education, technology, and tools.
- Understanding of US visa processes (eg H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1) with focus on compliance and case tracking.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Spanish, Portuguese or French language skills in writing and speaking are a plus but not required.
- 1+ years of HR administration or support experience, with Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required; Workday ATS experience and scheduling experience preferred.
- Understanding of the stages of employment based green card processes, including PERM LCA postings and recruitment campaigns.
- Self-starter who can efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities.
Compensation
Salary: USD 27 - 32 per hour.
