Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Serenity Ranch, based in Midland, Texas, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead full-cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across departments. This onsite role focuses on building strong relationships with stakeholders and applying sourcing strategies and an applicant tracking system to attract and onboard top talent. The position offers compensation of USD 25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles across field and office teams.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Paycom and Indeed to manage candidates and workflows.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit and potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic TA support.
• Source candidates using HR sourcing techniques, social media management, cold outreach, and research to cultivate a robust talent pipeline.
• Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and employee evaluation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Support succession planning by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.
• Maintain accurate records within HRIS platforms.
• Stay informed on industry trends in HR sourcing, employment law updates, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources roles with recruitment across multiple functions, including oilfield service personnel.
• Strong familiarity with ATS systems, particularly Paycom.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation and relationship management with candidates and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of employment and labor law regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices.
• Experience with social media management tools for sourcing candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences across channels.
• Background in training and development programs related to onboarding or employee growth initiatives is a plus.
