Sr. RECRUITER

Guardian Tax is seeking a full-time Sr. Recruiter to support hiring for a growing organization in a 100% in-office setting. The role will focus on building and maintaining a strong hiring pipeline while managing recruiting activity across multiple open positions.

Role Overview

This position in Irvine, CA 92614 centers on sourcing, screening, and progressing candidates through phone interviews and coordinated hiring manager discussions. The goal is to keep qualified candidates moving through the process and support overall hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit for multiple roles across a growing company
• Source and identify qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Follow up with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process
• Assist with job postings and recruiting campaigns
• Track recruiting activity, interviews, offers, hires, and retention
• Partner with HR and department managers to meet hiring goals
• Help develop creative approaches to attract top talent

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience REQUIRED
• HIGH ENERGY and outgoing professional style
• Confident on the phone
• Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated to perform
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong communicator
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Persistent follow-through without being pushy
• Ability to identify strong candidates quickly
• Comfortable managing multiple open positions at once
• Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new recruiting platforms
• Takes ownership and works effectively without micromanagement

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting for sales, call centers, tax, financial services, customer service, or other high-volume positions is a major plus

Compensation

• USD 23 - 25 per hour
• Starting at $23/hour plus performance bonuses
• Bonus opportunity tied to recruiting performance and hiring results
