Job Description
Remote role supporting PSI CRO across the United States and Canada. As a Specialist Talent Acquisition, you will own end-to-end recruiting for assigned positions, building strong candidate pipelines while collaborating closely with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and internal stakeholders. The role combines full-cycle recruiting, candidate experience, and ongoing reporting to help improve how PSI attracts talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles in the United States and Canada, including screening, interviewing, testing, offer presentation, and reference or background checks
- Create job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to open positions
- Post and maintain advertisements across career websites and other media platforms
- Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, and social media
- Use referral channels to identify qualified candidates
- Partner with recruitment agencies on position requirements, candidate profiles, and the full recruitment process
- Screen resumes and credentials against position requirements for relevant skills and experience
- Coordinate and schedule interviews; conduct and report on first-stage interviews for candidates across various levels
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current openings and future opportunities at PSI
- Maintain applicant data and interview outcomes in the applicant tracking system
- Develop ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand position requirements, business needs, and recruitment priorities
- Advise hiring managers on industry talent acquisition trends and the job market
- Grow familiarity with PSI business and functional areas to target and hire effectively
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, promoting the PSI employer brand and supporting a positive hiring experience
- Provide progress updates and analytical recruiting reports for open positions to hiring managers and Training & Resourcing
- Evaluate recruiting process effectiveness for assigned positions and implement improvements to methods and workflows
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of talent sourcing and recruiting experience
- Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech recruiting experience is a plus
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, resume databases, social media for recruitment, and/or candidate management systems
- Knowledge of interview techniques and sourcing methods
- Knowledge of employment law and general human resources practices
