Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and levels, from individual contributors to executive hires
- Collaborate closely with the C-suite and senior leaders to define hiring needs, workforce planning, and overall talent strategy
- Apply data and analytics, including AI where appropriate, to inform sourcing strategies, monitor performance, and optimize recruiting processes
- Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Advise hiring managers on market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring best practices
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding
- Coordinate with People, HR, and leadership teams to align recruiting efforts with broader organizational goals
- Leverage recruiting tools, systems, and reporting to maintain operational excellence
Requirements
- Six to ten plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels, including executive hiring
- Strong experience partnering with and influencing senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders
- Highly data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and analytics to guide decision-making
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse or Lever
- Commitment to delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
