Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and levels, from individual contributors to executive hires
  • Collaborate closely with the C-suite and senior leaders to define hiring needs, workforce planning, and overall talent strategy
  • Apply data and analytics, including AI where appropriate, to inform sourcing strategies, monitor performance, and optimize recruiting processes
  • Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
  • Advise hiring managers on market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring best practices
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding
  • Coordinate with People, HR, and leadership teams to align recruiting efforts with broader organizational goals
  • Leverage recruiting tools, systems, and reporting to maintain operational excellence

Requirements

  • Six to ten plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels, including executive hiring
  • Strong experience partnering with and influencing senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders
  • Highly data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and analytics to guide decision-making
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse or Lever
  • Commitment to delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
