Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

Sellery, Inc is seeking a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition in Bellevue, WA (hybrid) with a yearly salary range of USD 60,000 - 100,000 to lead full cycle recruiting across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, operations, account management, creator management, and senior leadership roles
• Create and implement recruiting strategies for multiple markets and business units
• Oversee job postings, sourcing channels, and the candidate pipeline
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations
• Monitor recruiting metrics and overall hiring performance
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hires
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
• Align recruiting efforts across Washington, New York, and future expansion markets
• Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and light employee relations tasks
• Provide operational support including office administration, vendor coordination, and related business services as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR roles
• Proven track record handling multiple open positions simultaneously
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid organizational and project management capabilities
• Self-directed and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
