Senior Corporate Recruiter
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the complete hiring agenda for the Pflugerville location, aligning with business needs and goals.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets to sustain workforce plans.
- Implement hiring strategies established by corporate recruiting leadership.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, requirements, and hiring plans.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer, ensuring a smooth process.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social networks, networking, and direct outreach rather than waiting for applicants.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both hourly and salaried roles.
- Lead the offer process, including verbal offers and negotiations.
- Oversee pre-employment steps such as background checks, testing, and verification.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless start for new hires.
- Track and report recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring trends to inform strategy.
- Support recruiting initiatives across additional markets as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in electrical or construction skilled trades, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to build pipelines and fill roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes.
- Ability to take strategic direction and execute with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication with the capacity to influence hiring decisions.
- Skill in managing multiple roles and priorities concurrently.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and hiring practices.
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and adjust strategy as needed.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience working with an ATS or CRM.
