Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the complete hiring agenda for the Pflugerville location, aligning with business needs and goals.
Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets to sustain workforce plans.
Implement hiring strategies established by corporate recruiting leadership.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, requirements, and hiring plans.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer, ensuring a smooth process.
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social networks, networking, and direct outreach rather than waiting for applicants.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both hourly and salaried roles.
Lead the offer process, including verbal offers and negotiations.
Oversee pre-employment steps such as background checks, testing, and verification.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless start for new hires.
Track and report recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring trends to inform strategy.
Support recruiting initiatives across additional markets as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in electrical or construction skilled trades, or related sectors.
Proven ability to build pipelines and fill roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes.
Ability to take strategic direction and execute with minimal supervision.
Effective communication with the capacity to influence hiring decisions.
Skill in managing multiple roles and priorities concurrently.
Solid understanding of employment laws and hiring practices.
Ability to analyze recruiting data and adjust strategy as needed.
Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
Experience working with an ATS or CRM.
