Science Recruiter

Join Amazon's science recruiting group as part of the AUTA Science team, where the focus is on attracting early-career scientists, data scientists, and related talent at scale, including internships, postdocs, and campus full-time roles. In this role, you will collaborate with business units and recruiting teams to design sourcing strategies, manage candidate data, and drive the delivery of high-quality hires that align with Amazon's mission.

This position sits at the intersection of talent strategy and operational excellence, ensuring we build strong pipelines for specialized roles across Amazon while continuously refining processes to enhance the candidate experience and meeting business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and recruiting teams across Amazon to identify student hiring needs.
• Develop creative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for specialized roles across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and streamline scheduling.
• Oversee and maintain candidate and campus data, consolidate results, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
• Create recruitment strategies that support Amazon's long-term growth, introduce new processes, and develop standard operating procedures aligned with delivering high-quality results to customers.
• Collaborate with full lifecycle recruiters, industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to shape an early-career talent strategy.
• Manage expectations and business goals with biweekly reviews, metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Design a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and scalable tracking processes.
• Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives, including pilots and process-improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Five or more years of technical recruiting experience, including full lifecycle recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
