LegalMatch is seeking a Sales Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, screen, and advance sales candidates while building proactive pipelines in a competitive hiring environment. This is a 100 percent in-office role based in Las Vegas, NV.

This is an active recruiting role that requires finding talent, generating interest, communicating a compelling company narrative, and delivering a standout candidate experience. The position is 100 percent in-office in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage passive sales candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social channels, networking, and local market insights.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future sales openings.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for competitive markets and identify alternative candidate sources.
  • Craft outreach messages that differentiate LegalMatch and generate candidate interest.
  • Manage inbound applications from various recruiting channels.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess for sales aptitude, motivation, communication, coachability, and cultural fit.
  • Move qualified candidates efficiently through the recruitment process while maintaining regular follow-up with them.
  • Ensure a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience at every stage.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, success profiles, market challenges, and role requirements.
  • Contribute to improving job postings, candidate messaging, recruiting campaigns, and interview processes.
  • Recommend new channels, tools, partnerships, and campaigns to improve applicant quality and volume.
  • Track outcomes and continuously refine sourcing and conversion strategies; maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline status, hiring progress, and market feedback.
  • Support scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in sales, business development, call center, inside sales, or high-volume hiring.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates, not solely screening inbound resumes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to sell opportunities to candidates.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to test new recruiting strategies.
  • A strong sense of urgency and diligent follow-through.
  • Comfort working in competitive hiring markets.
  • Ability to assess candidate motivation, resilience, coachability, and sales potential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ATS, CRM tools, or similar platforms.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with sales leaders.
